Vijay Exporters

We are based at Joy Cottage, No. 22, in Thirumalai Nagar. It is part of Chinna Elasgiri Village, over near the Sipcot Post. It is a quiet area, more like a home than a big factory. We do our exporting work from here. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the peace and quiet. The office is basically just a room with a lot of boxes and a couple of desks. We handle all sorts of things that need to go abroad. It takes a lot of time to get the packing right. We do not have a big sign outside. Most of the people in the village know us as the folks at Joy Cottage. We have been doing this for several years now. It is a family-run kind of thing. We do not have meetings or big presentations. We just get the orders, check the quality, and send them off. Sometimes the village roads get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes moving the crates a challenge for the drivers. We just take it as it comes. It is a slow pace of life here compared to the industrial areas. We keep our records and stay on top of the shipping schedules. It is just us doing our best to keep the business running from our little spot in the village. We like the way things work out here.
