U K Public School

We are located out on the Denkanikottai Kelamangalam Road in Arasakuppam. It is a bit of a drive from the main part of Hosur, but it stays a little quieter out here. The school started because there were children in this area who needed a place to go every day. Most mornings, you can see the buses pulling in through the gates while the sun is still coming up over the fields. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running. There are classrooms to sweep and desks that always seem to need a bit of fixing. The kids bring a lot of energy, and by mid-morning, the hallways are pretty loud with everyone moving around. We don't have fancy office buildings or anything like that. It is just a regular school building with a playground that gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. Teachers come in early to get their notes ready on the chalkboards. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows to let the breeze in. It is a lot of work looking after so many students from around Arasakuppam, but we just take it one day at a time. People around here know where we are if they need to drop off paperwork or talk about their children. We have been here for a while now, and the trees we planted near the entrance are finally starting to give some real shade.
