We are SUMANGALAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED. Our office is at Plot No 1 in Swami Vivekanand Nagar. You can find us right in front of the University of Kota. It’s a landmark that everyone knows, which makes it very convenient for people to find our door. Kota is a place with a lot of energy, and being near the university means there is always traffic and life nearby. The address is KOTA Kota-324009, Rajasthan. We’ve been at this plot for a while. It’s a basic office setup. We handle buildcon work, which keeps us pretty occupied most weeks. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from all the blueprints and site reports, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest. We just want to do the work properly. People stop by to chat about building stuff or just to drop off papers. Being in Swami Vivekanand Nagar is good for us. We see a lot of students and faculty passing by the university every day. SUMANGALAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just us doing our jobs from Plot No 1. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of our construction projects. We like the neighborhood and the people who live here. It feels like a real community, and we are happy to be a small part of it.
