Sambhav Syndicate operates out of Bhamashah Krishi Mandi, Janakdeep Co 111. If you know the mandi, you know how loud and chaotic it can get, especially during the peak harvest seasons. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day long. The floor is usually a bit dirty from the boots coming in from the market outside, but that’s just how it is here. We have some heavy-duty desks and old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. There isn't any fancy decor or comfortable sofas for waiting. Most people who come here are looking to get their business done quickly and move on. We spend our time checking orders, talking to suppliers, and making sure the paperwork is in order. The noise of the trucks and the loaders is something you just stop hearing after a few weeks. We don't have a website or do any social media stuff. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at Janakdeep Co 111 for a long time and people know who we are. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes we share a meal with the guys from the next office over. It’s a hardworking place and we don't try to make it look like anything else. If you are in the mandi, you can find us easily enough near the main trading block. Our phone rings a lot, and usually, someone is around to pick it up.
