Pareta Properties & Colonisers is based out of 11-A Tallapura in Keshavpura, right by the 2nd Chouraha. It's a busy intersection, so there's always a lot of noise and people moving about. We’ve been here for a while, helping people figure out where to buy land or build a house. Being colonisers means we deal with a lot of plots and new developments. It’s a lot of work involving maps and government offices. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a practical space where we meet folks and talk about property. We grew up around here, so we know how the land used to look before all the new buildings went up. If you're looking for a plot near the chouraha or further out in Tallapura, we can probably show you a few options. We don't do the whole polished sales pitch. We just show you what’s available and tell you the price. Sometimes things move fast and sometimes they don't. That’s just the nature of real estate. We try to help with the registration and all that boring stuff that people hate doing. It's just us and a few local guys making sure the deals are fair for everyone involved. We’re usually around most days, unless we’re out at a site visit in the sun.
