Nyati Properties

Our little spot is right here at Gumanpura Keshavpura Choraha. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with the traffic merging. We’ve been running Nyati Properties from this same corner for quite some time now. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of old files stacked up. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we’re always wiping down the tables. It’s just how it is. People from around the neighborhood stop by, mostly to ask about small plots or maybe a rental nearby. We don’t have a big team of people in suits. Usually, it’s just one or two of us sitting here, having some tea and waiting for the phone to ring. We know the streets around Keshavpura pretty well because we’ve walked them so many times. It’s a local life. We handle the paperwork and the talking, trying to keep things clear for everyone who walks through the door. Some days are slow and we just watch the bikes go by at the choraha. Other days, three families show up at once and it gets a bit crowded in here. We just take it as it comes. No big promises or flashy signs. We just do the work we’ve been doing for years in this same spot.
