You can find us at Bajrang Nagar on Kanal Road. It’s a decent spot, though the road can get a bit muddy when the rains are heavy. Srishti Buildhome Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a small building that we’ve been in for a while. The office isn't very large. We have a few desks pushed together and a corner where we keep all the blueprints and rolls of paper. Kanal Road is a familiar place for us. We see the same faces every day, and we usually know what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or flashy signs. Our name is painted on the wall outside, and that’s about it. Most of the work involves sitting around the table and trying to figure out schedules and materials. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s usually some dust on the furniture because of the construction work nearby, but we don’t mind it. We use a lot of pencils and erasers because things change quite often. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit by the window and wait for it to come back. It’s a quiet way to run a business. We don't have many employees, just a core group that has been together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how the work gets done.
