Our group operates out of 12 Rangpur Road, inside the Ganpati Complex. It’s a central spot that makes it easy for us to keep an eye on everything happening in this part of town. The complex is usually buzzing with activity from other small businesses, which makes for a lively atmosphere throughout the day. Our office is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own with a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t spend much on advertising or big signs. Most people find us because they were already in the complex or they heard about us from a friend. We do a bit of everything when it comes to local projects and property. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we like the independence of running our own show. We aren't corporate types; we’re just regular people who know how to get things done. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot, which keeps us moving. We handle the daily grind of meetings and phone calls without much fuss. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we take pride in being a steady presence on Rangpur Road for those who need us. We are usually here until late in the evening.
