Prince Property

We have been at the Nayapura Roadways Bus Stand for quite some time now. Prince Property is just a small place where we handle local land and house stuff. It gets pretty loud here with all the buses coming in and out all day long. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we are always cleaning the desks. People stop by while they are waiting for their ride, asking about prices in the area or just looking for a bit of advice. It’s not fancy. We just have a few chairs and some files piled up. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and writing things down in notebooks. The tea stall nearby keeps us going. If you are looking for us, just head toward the bus stand and you will see the sign. We know the neighborhood well because we see it change every single day from our front door. It’s a busy spot, but that’s how we like it. We deal with whatever comes through the door, mostly residential bits and pieces. Nothing too complicated. It’s just us here, doing the work and trying to keep things simple for everyone. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the right paperwork, but we get there. Anyway, that is pretty much what we do at this location near the Nayapura bus area. Just local people working a local job.
