Bhatia Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. C 16 in Vallabhnagar. We are located right across from the IDBI Bank, so if you can find the bank, you can find us without any trouble. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are really just a local team working on building and property projects around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, watching Vallabhnagar grow and change. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination between different sites and making sure the supplies and the workers are where they need to be. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there are often delays or issues that we have to sort out on the fly. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy office decor; we’d rather be out seeing how the work is progressing. The area has its own set of challenges, but we know the local regulations and the way things work around here. People stop by the office to discuss their plans or ask about new developments in the pipeline. We try to give them straight answers without any of that corporate talk you get from the bigger firms. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we are still here late into the evening. But it’s what we do and we’ve built a decent reputation just by showing up and doing the work. The office is simple and functional, which suits us just fine for the kind of business we run.
