Our spot is over at D 87-88 in Land Mark City, which is part of the Bhatia Colonizers area in Kota. SHIVOAY KRIPA BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED has been running out of this office for some time now. Kota is a fast-moving city, and there is always something being built somewhere nearby. We stay busy with the technical side of things. The office is not anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the work is progressing at the sites. Land Mark City is a growing area, so we see a lot of new faces every week. We do not really do the whole professional marketing thing. We would rather just talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes the heat in Kota makes the work tough, but that is just life here in Rajasthan. We focus on the building part and try not to get bogged down in too much talk. We have got our routine down. It starts early and ends late most days. It is a lot of checking measurements and making sure the materials are the right quality. We do not claim to be the best or anything, we just do what we are supposed to do. If you are in the area, you will see our door is usually open.
