Manu Beaty Parlour

Started this place at the Shopping Centre a while back because we knew people around here needed a spot for hair and stuff. It isn’t fancy or anything, just a small shop where we keep things clean and try to get the work done right. Most days it’s just us doing haircuts or maybe some threading when someone walks in. Sometimes the AC acts up but we fix it quick. You’ll find us right near the main entrance where the light is good. People come by after their grocery shopping to sit down for a bit and get their eyebrows done or a quick trim. We’ve got a couple of chairs that have seen better days but they’re comfortable enough. It gets busy on Saturdays, mostly with folks from the nearby apartments. We don’t really do big advertising, just word of mouth from the neighbors. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t charge a fortune, we’re usually here from morning until late evening. Sometimes we close early if there’s a family thing, but usually, we are around. It's just a regular local business trying to make a living and keeping the customers happy enough to come back next month. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just like the regulars and the chat. Most times the radio is playing something local and we just work through the day until it's time to lock up the shutters and head home.
