Joshi Building Material Suppliers is located at Kotri Krishna Murari Dairy. We deal with the stuff people need when they are putting up a wall or fixing a roof. Our yard is usually full of sand, bricks, and bags of cement. It is a dusty place, as you can imagine. We spend most of our time loading trucks or talking to contractors who come by early in the morning. We do not have a fancy office; it is mostly just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. The location near the dairy makes it easy for the local trucks to find us. We keep track of everything in big ledgers or sometimes on the computer if it is working right. It is hard work, especially when the weather is bad, but it keeps us busy. We do not have a sales team or a big marketing plan. People know us because we have been here at Kotri for a long time. If someone needs a load of gravel, we see if we have it and get it moved. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting. It is a straightforward business. We show up, move the materials, and go home. There is not much more to it than that. It is honest work and we have gotten used to the grit and the noise of the yard.
