We are located at Palms Dale in Mundakkal (W), which is a bit of an older part of the area. Our mailing address is still P.O. Box No. 100, just like it has been for a very long time. The building has a lot of character, maybe too much sometimes when the roof leaks a tiny bit during the heavy rains. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, and we like it that way. There are trees around the property that drop leaves everywhere, so someone is always out there with a broom. We have a few rooms filled with files and old desks. It feels more like a home than a regular office sometimes. People who visit us usually comment on how calm it is here. We don't have a big reception desk or a person in a suit waiting at the door. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We spend our days mostly on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the internet is slow because of the old wiring, but we manage. It’s a steady kind of life. We’ve seen many neighbors come and go over the decades, but we are still here in the same spot. It is just a simple operation run by people who have lived here their whole lives. We keep the gate closed because of the neighborhood dogs, but anyone can knock.
