Cyme College

Cyme College is found on Mamooty Kadavu Road in the Mulamkadakam area of Kollam. Our address is right near the water, which gives the place a bit of a coastal feel. It’s a small college, not one of those massive universities you see in the bigger cities. We have a building where we conduct various classes and courses. The road outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle for the staff and visitors. Students arrive on their scooters or walk from the nearby bus stops. We have a few different rooms for lectures and a small area for the staff to sit and do their grading. It’s a very local operation. Most of our students are from Kollam city or the surrounding suburbs. You can often hear the sounds from the road or the nearby houses while you’re in class. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of place. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished front desk. It’s just a desk with some files and a person to talk to. The atmosphere is relaxed but we try to keep the students on track with their studies. People usually find out about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and have become a part of the local scenery on Mamooty Kadavu Road. It’s just a basic college doing its thing for the local community.
