Arcite (Arc Institute Of Technical Education)

You can find us on the second floor of Sas Arcade, right on the Kottiyam-Kundara Road. We’re directly across from Vyapara Bhavan, which is a pretty well-known building in this part of Kollam. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Inside, we focus on technical education, so there’s usually a lot of equipment and books around. The office isn’t huge, but we’ve made enough space for the classrooms and the staff desks. We spend a lot of time talking to students and helping them figure out the technical stuff they’re studying. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it feels more like a local school where everyone knows each other’s names. We have a small tea break area where we usually end up talking about local news or the weather. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, but you get used to it after a few days. We try to keep the place organized, though with so many students coming through, things can get a bit cluttered by the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our teaching and handle the admin work as it comes. It’s a simple setup that works for us and the people who come here to learn. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and make sure the students have what they need. Most days are busy but good for everyone here.
