Our setup is located in Joyrampur, which is a small village in the Nadia district. You’ll find us at Innat Mondal’s place. West Vibe Agribusiness Private Limited sounds like a big name, but we are really just a local group focused on the farming business around here. Nadia is known for being a good place for agriculture, and we try to make the most of that. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of crops and talking to other farmers in the area. It’s not always smooth sailing. Sometimes the transport is late or the weather doesn’t cooperate, which can really throw a wrench in things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just a few of us trying to figure out a good way to get things done. We use the tools we have and try to keep our costs down. Working in Joyrampur is quiet, which we like. Most of our day is spent outdoors or in the shed, checking on supplies and planning the next steps for the season. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just agribusiness—buying, selling, and growing. We’re honest about the work being hard and the hours being long. It’s just how it is when you’re working with the land. We’re just glad to be operating in our own community where people know our names.
