Iffco Kisan Sanchar Ltd is tucked away at 20, Banstolla Lane. If you know anything about the lanes in this part of the city, you know how narrow and crowded they can get. It is a very old area, and the streets are always packed with people, carts, and delivery bikes. Our office is in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a busy place where the phones never seem to stop ringing. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and trying to coordinate things over the wires. The office itself is quite small and filled with a lot of paperwork and old ledger books. We don’t have a lot of space to move around, so everyone has to stay pretty organized. The walls are a bit yellowed from time, and the ceiling fans hum constantly to keep the air moving in the heat. There’s no big sign or fancy entrance; you just have to find the right door on the lane. We are right in the thick of the local trading area, so there is always a lot of energy around us. We don't really do much in terms of promotion; we just stick to our daily tasks and make sure the information gets to where it needs to go. It is a bit of a squeeze, and it can be quite noisy, but it’s a place that feels alive and useful in its own simple way.
