We are situated over at 179A/1C on Manicktala Main Road. It’s an interesting spot because we are right there in the middle of the bustle, but we are focused on dairy and agro work. It’s not exactly what you expect when you’re walking down a main road in the city, but it works for us. We spend our mornings dealing with the animals and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. Living and working on Manicktala Main Road has its own set of rules. You've got the noise of the city on one side and the quiet work of the dairy on the other. It’s a strange mix, but we’ve made it our own over the years. It’s a bit of a juggle, keeping things fresh and getting them to where they need to go on time. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially when we are trying to get deliveries out early, but you get used to it. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us on-site making decisions on the fly. We deal with the daily challenges of urban farming and dairy management as they come. One day it’s a plumbing issue, the next it’s a delay in the feed delivery. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make sure the animals are fed and the products are handled right.
