You can find us right on the ground floor at 77 Lenin Sarani. Dharmatala is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We have been selling steel furniture from this spot for a long time. The shop is filled with cabinets, chairs, and desks, so there isn’t much room to walk around, but that is how a furniture place should be. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting every day. It’s just how it is when you’re moving steel around. Vijay Steel Furniture is a family-run kind of thing, really. We don’t have a big corporate office or a call center. When you call, you’re usually talking to one of us who is probably holding a wrench or a clipboard at the same time. The noise from Lenin Sarani comes right through the front door, but we like the energy of the street. People come in looking for something that will last, and steel is usually the answer for that. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just show you what we’ve built or what we have in the back. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic, and things run late, but we always get it there eventually. It’s a plain, straightforward business. We show up, we move the furniture, and we go home. That’s been the routine for years, and we don't see it changing much anytime soon.
