You can find us at number 7 Khetra Das Lane, right near the Bowbazar Police Station at Chandra Met. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone else. We deal in steel products. The shop is small and usually has pieces of metal leaning against the walls. It’s a busy area, especially being so close to the police station and the main markets of Bowbazar. We spend most of our time measuring things or talking to contractors who need steel for building work. The lighting isn't great inside the lane, so we have to keep the shop lights on all day. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a big delivery arrives, and we have to move things around to make room. We don't have any fancy displays or a website that we check. We just rely on the people who walk in or call us because they’ve worked with us before. There’s a lot of noise from the street—bells, shouting, and the general hum of the city. We have a small wooden desk where we keep our accounts and a few chairs for visitors. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We just provide the steel and make sure the weights are right. It’s a basic business in a very traditional part of the city. We've been here a long time and don't plan on moving.
