Ghosh Metal Industries

Our workshop is located at No. 7 H/87 on Kamardanga Road. It's an industrial kind of area, which is perfect for what we do. We work with metal all day long, so there is always the sound of hammers or the smell of welding in the air. It’s not a pretty place, but it’s functional. We have benches set up across the floor and piles of scrap metal in the corners that we use for different projects. Kamardanga Road is always busy with people moving goods back and forth, and we fit right into that rhythm. The shop is a bit older now, with walls that have seen a lot of work over the years. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned offices. Most of our time is spent right there on the shop floor, making sure the pieces fit together like they should. It’s heavy work and it gets hot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been serving the local area from this same spot for quite some time. Most of our customers come to us because they know we don't mess around. We just take the order, do the metalwork, and get it finished. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We just keep the machines oiled and the tools sharp and wait for the next job to come through the door.
