You can find us over at 20B British India Street, up on the fifth floor in Room 22A. It’s an older building, so the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, and on days when it’s not working, that climb up the stairs is definitely a workout. Being on the fifth floor is a bit different for a metal business, but we make it work with the space we have. The room is filled with samples and ledgers, and there is usually a stack of papers on the desk that needs sorting. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the inventory lists. The street outside is usually packed with people and vendors, so there is always some kind of noise coming up from below. We’ve been in this specific room for a while, and it feels like home now, even if it’s a bit cramped when we get a lot of visitors. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a few chairs and a table where we talk to people. It’s a plain, functional office where we handle the side of the business that doesn't involve the heavy lifting. We mostly spend our time coordinating things and making sure the logistics are moving along. It’s a busy little spot in a busy part of town, and we just keep plugging away at it every day.
