Utkarsh Pipe Ltd

Our place is at 109 N. K. Banerjee Street in Risha. That is in the Hooghly district of West Bengal. Utkarsh Pipe Ltd is the name on the door. We spend our days dealing with pipes of all sorts. It's a straightforward business. The street we are on is usually pretty busy with trucks and local traffic. We have been here for a while and know most of the neighbors. Hooghly is a place with a lot of history and we are just another business trying to make a go of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we take orders and manage the deliveries. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We are just local people working in the pipe industry. Sometimes the rainy season in Bengal slows things down and the street gets a bit muddy, but we find ways to keep the pipes moving. It’s a lot of lifting and counting, but it’s what we know. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. The phone rings a lot with people asking about sizes and availability. We don't have an automated system, you just talk to one of us. It’s more personal that way. We have an old calendar on the wall that is a few months out of date, but we know what day it is. We just focus on getting the orders out to the customers without making a big fuss about things.
