Usha Martin

Usha Martin is located over in Ranchi, specifically at 2nd Nasiruddin Lane in the Masjid Gali area of Pahari Tola. If you haven't been here before, the lanes can be a bit of a maze. It is a very local spot, right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Our office is simple and functional. We do not have any big glass windows or shiny floors. It is just a place where we get together to work on our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating with different people across the city. Ranchi-1 is a bustling area, and there is always something happening right outside our door. Sometimes it is hard to find parking, so most of us just walk or take a rickshaw. We are not a big, cold company. We are just a group of people who have been working together for a long time. We know the tea stall guy around the corner and the other shop owners on the lane. We do not use any corporate jargon or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. The building is a bit old, and sometimes the pipes creak, but it is our workplace and we are comfortable here. We prefer to keep things low-key and just focus on being reliable for the people who depend on us for their daily needs.
