Usha Martin Ltd

We are located at 38/E New Ballygunge Road in Kolkata-39. This is Usha Martin Ltd. If you know Kolkata, you know this area can get pretty busy during the day. We have been operating from this spot on New Ballygunge Road for a while. It is a solid building, nothing too flashy, but it serves us well. Most of us arrive early to beat the traffic, which can be a real headache around here sometimes. The office is just a place where we sit down and handle the daily tasks. We don't really have a big sign out front that glows or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. The neighbors are mostly other businesses and some residential spots tucked in. It feels very much like a part of the old neighborhood. We keep things pretty simple inside. There are desks, some files, and the usual stuff you expect to see. It isn't a corporate showroom. It's a workspace. Sometimes the local tea stall guy comes by with snacks. That is probably the highlight of the afternoon. We like being in Kolkata-39. It has a specific rhythm that we are used to now. Staying at 38/E works for what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home. No fuss about it really. It is just Usha Martin Ltd on a regular street. The door sticks a little in the summer heat, but we've learned how to give it the right shove to get inside.
