Our office is on the first floor of 5/1B, Ballygunge Place East in Kolkata. It’s an older building, and you have to climb the stairs to get to us. The area is quite residential but has a lot of small businesses tucked away in the side streets. Inside, we have rows of shelves and a few desks where we handle all the orders and paperwork. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel office; it feels more like a lived-in space with old fans and wooden doors. We deal with supplies and making sure things get to where they need to go on time. Sometimes the shipments are late, and the phone starts ringing off the hook. Other days, it’s just us sitting here checking lists and making sure the inventory is right. The humidity in Kolkata can be pretty bad, so we usually have the windows open to get a breeze, even if it brings in the street noise. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys who come by every day. It’s a simple operation where we focus on getting the work done without any fuss. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and we like being part of the Ballygunge community. It’s a practical place for a supply business, and we don't feel the need to make it look fancy for anyone.
