Mohta Brothers

Mohta Brothers is at 22 Rabindra Sarani, specifically in Shop No. G 219. This building has a lot of history and we've been a part of it for quite a while now. We're located on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people to drop by. The area around Rabindra Sarani is always packed and there is a lot of energy. Our shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into it. We deal with various items, mostly things people need for their daily business or home life. It’s a family-run sort of place, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with uniforms or strict scripts. We just talk to folks like normal. Some days the shop gets really busy and we have boxes piled up, making it a bit tight to walk around. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space like G 219, it’s always a bit of a challenge. People come to us because they know we've been here a long time and we aren't going anywhere. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Most of our regulars have been coming for years and they know the way through the building. It’s a simple business. We open up early, drink some tea, and wait for the first customer to walk through the door. It’s how we've always done things here.
