Our office is located at 309 Panchanantala Road, which is part of the Karunamaye area in Tollygunge. Kolkata is a big city, but this specific corner feels a bit more grounded. We’ve been here at this address for quite some time now. The building is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the main stretch of Panchanantala Road. It’s a busy street, especially during the morning rush when everyone is heading towards the metro or the markets. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people running around. It’s a bit more relaxed than that. Tcl India Holding Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of this space. We deal with the usual day-to-day stuff that comes with any business. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the rain, but that’s just living in Kolkata for you. We don’t have fancy brochures or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s more direct that way. We appreciate the local shops nearby for our lunch breaks. There’s a good sense of neighborhood here in Tollygunge. We focus on our tasks and try to stay organized without overcomplicating things. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just rooftops and power lines. It suits us fine and we don't need much else.
