Tarpan Ghat Road is a busy place, and we’re right there at No. 2. Modern Electronic has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the street change quite a lot over the years. Our shop is filled with all sorts of parts, wires, and old gadgets that people bring in for us to look at. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever visit, but we know where everything is, even if it looks like a total mess to someone else. We spend most of our time hunched over workbenches with soldering irons in hand. It’s a bit dusty, and there’s usually an old radio playing in the background to keep us company while we work. People from the neighborhood come by when their stuff breaks down, hoping we can bring it back to life somehow. We don’t promise any miracles, but we do what we can with the tools and parts we have on hand. Sometimes we can’t find the right part and have to wait a few days for it to arrive by post. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from the morning until late in the evening. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. We like being part of this local community. It’s a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big chain store or anything fancy. We're just a local spot where things get repaired.
