Tata Projects Ltd

In Kolkata, we are over at the Amerjyoti Building. It’s located at 10, Belvedere Road in the Alipore area, which is quite a nice part of the city. We share the space here under the Tata Projects Ltd name. The building has been there for a long time. It has that old Kolkata charm to it, even if it’s just a place for work. Alipore is usually busy with people and cars, especially near the 700027 pin code area. Our office is functional, nothing too over the top. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps and plans scattered around. It feels like a real workplace where things actually get built. The staff here is used to the humidity and the pace of the city. We don’t have any polished marketing materials lying around, just the actual work we are doing. Sometimes the rain makes getting to Belvedere Road a bit of a challenge, but we manage. It’s a solid location for us. We handle a lot of the coordination for the region from this specific spot. Most people who come by are just here for business discussions. It's a straightforward environment. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. That’s how we’ve always operated in this branch. There is plenty of history in this part of town, and we are just happy to be part of the local scene.
