Suraj Diamond & Jewellery Ltd.

Our office for Suraj Diamond & Jewellery Ltd. is at 1/9 Bosepukur Prantik Polley in Kolkata. This is a very traditional part of the city, and the area is filled with small houses and narrow paths. We aren't in a big shopping mall; we are tucked away in a neighborhood where people have lived for generations. Inside, the space is set up for the fine work we do. We have bright lights over the benches because you need to see every little detail when you are handling jewelry. It’s not a large place, but we have everything we need right where we can reach it. The atmosphere is usually quiet because people are concentrating, but you might hear the radio playing some old songs in the background. During the Durga Puja season, the whole area gets very busy with pandals and crowds, which makes it hard to get to work, but we enjoy the festive spirit. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the neighbors all know what we do. Sometimes people just drop in to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom with velvet curtains. We just have our tools, our benches, and the skill that comes from doing this day after day. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders, but we manage just fine by staying organized.
