Diamond Group

The Diamond Group is based in the village of Chanduria, which falls under the Chakdaha Thana in the Nadia district. It’s a rural area, and things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities. We’ve been operating out of this village for quite a long time. Our setup is simple and fits in with the local surroundings. We don't have a corporate office with a lobby. Instead, we have a workspace where we manage our daily tasks. Most of the people working here are from the village or the nearby areas. We know almost everyone who walks past our door. The work we do changes depending on the season and what is needed in the local market. It’s not always easy running a business in a place like Nadia, especially when the roads get muddy during the monsoon. But we manage to keep things going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just do our work and try to be helpful to the people in our community. Sometimes we sit outside in the evenings to talk about the day's progress. It’s a very grounded way of living and working. We’ve grown slowly over the years, mostly by just staying consistent. If you are ever in Chanduria, you’ll see our sign. It is a humble place, but it’s where we do everything. We share the same tea stall as the other farmers and workers when we take our afternoon breaks.
