Bobbys Jewellers

You can find Bobbys Jewellers tucked inside the Vardaan A. C. Complex. We are at shop G8, which is part of the 15-A section of the building. Being inside the complex is actually quite nice because we get the air conditioning, which makes a big difference during the hotter months of the year. It’s a bit of a maze in here if you aren't used to the layout, but G8 isn't too hidden away once you get through the main doors. We’ve been set up here for a while. It’s a small shop but we make the most of the space we have to work with. Most of our days are spent behind the counter or working on pieces for the customers who stop by. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who actually know the trade. People usually find us because they were already shopping in Vardaan or maybe a friend told them to come see us specifically. We don't put up big posters or try to grab people’s attention with loud music or bright lights. We just keep the lights on and wait for people to walk in. It’s a steady pace of work most weeks. Sometimes it’s quiet and we can catch up on cleaning, other times three people walk in at once and it gets a bit hectic. That is just how it goes in a place like this. We like being in the complex because it feels like a community.
