We are up on the 10th floor of the Diamond Heritage building, which is at 16 Strand Road. It's a big office block, and we are in office number 1015a. Being up that high gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at our desks and the boxes of pens. Strand Road is always busy with traffic and people moving around because it’s a central part of the city. Working in a high-rise like this is different from being on the ground floor. You have to wait for the elevators, and there’s always a hum of air conditioning. Our work is all about pens. We have samples lying around everywhere, and we spend a lot of time testing how they write or checking on production schedules. It’s an office environment, so there are computers, files, and a lot of phone calls. We aren't really into big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the pen business keeps moving. The 10th floor stays pretty focused. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick break near the river, but usually, we are busy inside. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep things relaxed among the staff. We’ve been in this building for some time. It's a solid place to work from, right in the middle of all the commercial action. We mostly just keep to our office and get the orders out every single day.
