Sukhman Traders

It's just a few of us here at Sukhman Traders on J. L. Nehru Road. If you know the area, number 55 isn't hard to find but you have to come up to the third floor. We've been in this office for a while now. The stairs can be a bit much some days when the lift is acting up, but we like the view of the street from up here. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, especially in the afternoons. We aren't a big company with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to stay late to clear it out. Our neighbors in the building are mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus. Dealing with traders means things are always changing, so there's rarely a dull moment. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea because we drink a lot of it while sorting through files. It’s not the most modern space, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local folks, though sometimes we get calls from further out. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes around, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We try to keep things simple here.
