Subhankar Das Gupta

This is the place for Subhankar Das Gupta, situated at 2 C, Navin Kundu in Kolkata. The 700009 area is where I spend most of my days. It is a small street, and the building is just like any other in this crowded part of the city. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It’s mostly just me handling things from this small office space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine for now. I’ve lived and worked around Navin Kundu for a while, so the neighbors all know me by name. The walk to the main road isn't too long, though the lanes can be quite narrow and tricky to navigate if you aren't used to them. On rainy days, the water tends to collect a bit outside the entrance, so we have to be careful. Inside, I keep my books and papers organized on a couple of old wooden shelves. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is good for getting work done without too many distractions. People usually drop by after calling ahead. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just the essentials for a workspace. I find that keeping things simple works best for what I do. It is just a regular Kolkata address where I manage my daily business and meet with people who need my help with various things. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it's okay.
