Special Steel Supply Centre

We have been at 219/C, Old China Bazar Street for quite a long time now. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets incredibly busy during the daylight hours. Our shop, Special Steel Supply Centre, sits right in the thick of all that noise and movement. People come in looking for very specific types of steel for their projects, and we try our best to keep a good variety sitting in the back so nobody leaves empty-handed. It is mostly just a few of us handling the heavy stacks and taking down orders as they come in. Some days are much slower than others, which finally gives us a chance to reorganize the shelves and clean up. The street outside is always full of people moving goods back and forth on carts, and we are just another small part of that daily cycle. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything polished like that. It is a very practical space where we store the metal and talk to our regulars over a cup of tea. Sometimes the heat in the bazar gets to be a bit much, but that is just how it is working around here. We have watched the neighborhood change over the decades, yet our little corner stays more or less the same. Dealing with heavy steel isn't exactly light work, but it is what we know. Most of our customers are folks from nearby who just need a reliable source for their materials.
