Sk Steel

Sk Steel is located at No. 77B on Raja Ram Mohan Roy Sarani. It’s a busy street and we’ve been here for some time now. Dealing with steel isn't always pretty, it’s heavy and can be quite messy, but it’s what we do. Our shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we manage orders and keep things moving. We handle different kinds of steel products for people who need them for their own projects or repairs. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we just keep working through it. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a steel business. People come in looking for specific sizes or types of metal, and we do our best to find what they need in the stacks. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping the books straight. We try to be helpful when someone walks through the door, even if we are in the middle of something else. This part of town has a lot of history, and we feel like we are a small part of the local scene here on the Sarani. It’s just steady work, year in and year out. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go without too much fuss. It’s not the easiest job, but it’s what we know. We keep our prices as fair as we can.
