Shyam Steel

We are based out of Shyam Towers in Sector-V, Saltlake. This area is usually known for tech companies, but we’ve got our own spot here at En-32. Shyam Steel is what we call ourselves. The building is our base where we coordinate everything related to our steel business. It’s a bit more modern than some of the older markets, but inside our office, it’s still just us working through piles of orders. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites and manufacturers. Saltlake is a busy place to be, and the traffic around Sector-V can be a real headache in the evenings. We try to keep our operations running smoothly despite the hustle outside. Our team is small, and everyone knows what they need to do. We aren't interested in being some giant corporate entity. We just want to make sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go. The elevator in Shyam Towers can be a bit finicky during the lunch rush, so we often end up waiting in the lobby for a while. It’s a bit different being in a tower compared to a street-level shop, but the work is basically the same. We have stacks of reports and steel samples cluttering up the corners of the office. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we get the logistics sorted. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure a shipment is on its way. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans. It’s mostly just calendars and maps of where our trucks are headed.
