You can find Shresth Industries over at Plot No. 33-36 on Kailash Ghosh Road. We are based in the Barisha Behala area, which is a busy part of the city but has its own old-school charm. Our plots are fairly large because we need the space for the industrial work we do. It’s not a showroom or a fancy office. It’s a place where things are made. You’ll see a lot of raw materials and heavy equipment if you walk inside. The staff here are mostly local guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't use fancy titles or corporate structures here. Everyone just does what needs to be done to keep the production going. Kailash Ghosh Road can be a bit of a nightmare for traffic, especially with the trucks coming in and out of the industrial plots. But we’ve lived with it for so long that we don’t even notice it anymore. The noise of the machines is the background music of our lives. We don't have any slogans or special promises. We just make what we make and try to do it right the first time. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when there’s a deadline. But Barisha Behala is a good place to be, and we’re glad to have our industries set up right here in this neighborhood. We keep our operations simple and focus on the daily tasks in front of us.
