You can find us at 6-A, Kiran Shankar Roy Road. It’s an interesting part of town with a lot of history. Shentracon Steel Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change over the years. We handle steel trading and some distribution. The office isn't anything to write home about. It's got some old filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through paperwork for shipments. It’s not flashy, but it’s important work. Dealing with steel means things can get heavy and logistics are always on our minds. We aren't really about the big sales pitches. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. They know we’re just regular people trying to do a job. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. Other times, it's quiet enough to actually hear the street noise outside. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to be fair and get the orders right. It's a small team here, and we all pitch in where needed. If a truck shows up late, we stay until it’s handled. That’s just the way it is.
