If you find yourself walking down Ho-Chi-Minh Sarani, you’ll find us over at number 4. Samta Plastics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a good number of years. It’s an interesting part of town to work in, always something happening outside the windows. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking over the noise to get things organized. We handle a lot of different plastic work, and every day brings a slightly different set of tasks to get through. The floors aren’t always spotless, and the office walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy with actual work. We have a small team here, some who have been with us since the beginning and others who joined more recently. We eat our lunches together when there’s a break in the schedule. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or a bunch of suits walking around. Usually, you’ll just see someone in work clothes moving boxes or checking on the production line. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine breaks down, we fix it and keep moving. We don’t really go for big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the orders are ready and that we’re doing right by the people who rely on us day after day. It keeps us moving forward without too much extra worry.
