Jewel Plastics Pvt.Ltd is located right in the middle of the chaos at 32 Ezra Street. We are in the Todi Corner building, Room 351 on the third floor. If you’ve ever been to Ezra Street in Kolkata, you know how crowded it is. There are wires hanging everywhere and people carrying big loads on their heads. Our office is up those stairs, and it’s a bit of a climb. It's a small space, but we pack a lot into it. We mostly deal with plastic goods and trading. The phones are usually ringing, and there is always someone coming in to ask about prices or delivery dates. It’s an old building, so the walls have some cracks and the paint is peeling a bit. We don't mind it. It has character. We’ve been here for years, and we know all the other shop owners on the street. It’s a community of sorts. We have our ledger books and our computers, and we just try to keep track of everything. The noise from the street below never really stops until late at night. We take our tea from the stall downstairs. It’s a busy life, and we are usually tired by the end of the day. We aren't some corporate giant. We are just a small team trying to make a living in the heart of the market.
