Sai Iron (I) Limited

Our office for Sai Iron (I) Limited is located on the 3rd floor of the Prem Lata Building, which is at 39 Shakespeare Sarani. This is a pretty well-known street in Kolkata, and it’s always packed with cars and people walking to different offices. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees and the street below, which is nice when things get stressful. The building itself is an older one, but it has a lot of character. We spend most of our time dealing with the iron trade, so there’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phones and a fair amount of paperwork. It’s not a factory or anything like that, just the administrative side of things. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office equipment you’d expect. The lift in the Prem Lata Building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. Shakespeare Sarani has a lot of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't really do anything flashy. It's just about showing up, getting the iron orders processed, and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s a busy environment but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We just focus on our daily tasks and keep things moving.
