We’re located at 14B Dum Dum Road, very close to Motijhil Science College. It’s a lively spot because of all the students walking around. We’ve been here for years, and most of the locals know us by name. Our shop isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place where we keep our stock and talk to people who need furniture or home items. Because we are so close to the college, we see a lot of people every day. The road is always loud with rickshaws and buses. We have a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers who have been with us forever. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our customers come because their parents or neighbors shopped here before. We spend a lot of time just moving things around to make space. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like normal people. No sales pitches or scripted lines. If we have what they need, great. If not, we tell them where else they might find it. That’s just how we do things in Motijhil. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. The shop opens early and we usually stay late if someone is still browsing or just wants to chat about what will fit in their small flat nearby.
