Our place is at Plot No. 633 in Sector-23, which is part of the NIT area in Faridabad. If you know Haryana, you know this part of town is all about industry and making things. We are just one of many units tucked away in these lanes. The roads around here aren't the best, especially when it rains and the potholes fill up. At Rm Autocomponents, we spend most of our time out on the floor dealing with the machines. It’s noisy and smells like metal and oil, but that’s what we are here for. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs. Most of the paperwork happens on a small desk near the entrance. The staff has been here for years, and we just go about our business without much fuss. There’s a tea stall just down the road where everyone goes during the break. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just work clothes that can get a bit dirty. The building is a bit gray, like most of the others in Sector-23, but it’s sturdy. We’ve got our routine down to a science now. We start early when it’s still a bit cool and try to get the heavy stuff done before the afternoon heat kicks in. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial belt. We don’t pretend to be anything more than a local workshop.
