Carmika

Our place is located in Unitech Uniworld City, specifically in Downtown 2. We are in Flat 002. Being in New Town is quite different from being in an old industrial area. It’s much cleaner and the buildings are all relatively new. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Carmika is more of a small-scale setup working out of this space. It’s comfortable, and the view outside the window is mostly other apartment blocks and some green spaces they’ve planted. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking on the phone. It’s a quiet environment, which is good for thinking. Sometimes the security at the gate is a bit strict, but it keeps the place safe. We don't have a big storefront or anything. Most of our work is done through word of mouth or people who know us from before. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, and we prefer it that way. We make our own coffee and try to stay productive throughout the day. New Town is growing so fast, with new shops opening every week. It’s nice to be part of a developing area. We are just a small team trying to provide something useful from our little corner in Flat 002. There is a lot of walking back and forth between the desks, but we manage to keep things organized enough to get the job done. It is a simple setup for the kind of work we do here.
