If you’re looking for Ss Diesel, we’re tucked away in Room No. 221 on the second floor of 27 Weston Street. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for a long time. Getting up to the second floor with heavy parts can be a bit of a workout, but we’re used to it. Our space is filled with diesel engine components and various tools. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office and storage room. We spend our days answering phones and looking up part numbers in old catalogs. Sometimes the lighting isn't the best, and it can get a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. We don't have a big team—just a few of us who know diesel engines inside and out. People come to us when they can't find a specific part elsewhere. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing. Most of our business comes from word of mouth within the industry. Weston Street is a busy area, and there’s always something going on outside our window. We just stick to our routine of checking orders and making sure the right parts go to the right people. It’s steady work and we like the independence of running our own small shop. It’s a bit dusty and crowded, but it’s home to us and we know the inventory well.
