You can find us at 7 Marcus Square. We’re on the second floor. It’s an old part of Kolkata, which we actually like quite a bit. Riddha Interiors Private Limited started because a few of us wanted to do design work our own way. The office isn’t huge, but it serves us well. We do a lot of sketching and planning right here. Sometimes it gets loud outside with the street noise, but that’s just the city. We work on all sorts of interiors, from small apartments to bigger offices. We don’t have a specific style that we force on everyone. It’s more about what the customer needs for their space. A lot of our time is spent talking to suppliers and trying to find the right materials that don't cost a fortune. It's a lot of back and forth. We’ve had days where things go wrong, like a delivery getting stuck or a measurement being slightly off, but we always fix it. That’s just part of the reality of renovation. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. When you call us, you usually talk to one of the same three or four people. We prefer it that way. It keeps things personal. Being based in Marcus Square means we’re pretty central, so we can get around to different neighborhoods without too much trouble. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
